Superpower 1
Realistic Optimism

When Hope learns that the building housing her café may be sold, her mind immediately jumps to the worst possible scenarios. Gradually, however, she begins to recognize that not everything she fears will necessarily happen.

That’s what realistic optimism is about: seeing difficult situations as they are, without sugarcoating them or automatically expecting the worst. It means separating facts from fears, staying open to different possibilities, and trusting your ability to handle challenges, even when the outcome is uncertain.

Would you like to strengthen this superpower within yourself?

Here you’ll find two practical tools to help you organize your thoughts, discover new perspectives, and strengthen your realistic optimism in everyday life. Give them a try and discover what works best for you.
